Swinging Louie Online Store Return Policy

At ULGC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at ulgcgolf@louisville.edu with your order number and reason for return.
  1. Ship Your Return: We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
